This week, the Merlin team celebrate<\/span>d<\/span> a special milestone as Client Development Manager Pam Conway marks her 10th year with the <\/span>company<\/span>. Pam joined Merlin in <\/span>October <\/span>2014 as Training Manager, bringing <\/span>with her <\/span>to Merlin <\/span>20 years of customer-facing experience <\/span>from<\/span> the <\/span>e<\/span>lectricity <\/span>s<\/span>upply <\/span>hay<\/span>ndustry. <\/span>Pam <\/span>has been instrumental in <\/span>promoting<\/span> Merlin’s<\/span> t<\/span>raining service<\/span>s<\/span>, working closely with the <\/span>Executive <\/span>Management Team to <\/span>ensure Merlin consistently delivers <\/span>quality <\/span>courses worldwide.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Over the past decade, Pam has been a core part of Merlin’s Culture Committee, organising everything from team dinners and charity events, to Merlin’s much-anticipated Christmas parties. Her commitment goes beyond the office, Pam and her husband have played a key role in helping Merlin’s Spanish-speaking Drilling Engineers and their families settle into Perth, Scotland, offering invaluable support as they settled into their new homes.<\/span> <\/span><\/h4>\n
