Employee ownership is one of the UK’s fastest-growing business models with the latest national figures indicating that 1 in 20 private company sales are to Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs), and this rate is on the rise. <\/span> <\/span>Merlin has operated as a majority employee-owned business since 2017, and this year the business achieved a major milestone: Merlin became 100% employee-owned. <\/span>This transition marks a profound commitment to the Merlin employees, as all shares in the company are now owned by the team either directly, or indirectly via the ownership trust.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t
