Celebrating 10 Years with Pam Conway at Merlin

This week, the Merlin team celebrated a special milestone as Client Development Manager Pam Conway marks her 10th year with the company. Pam joined Merlin in October 2014 as Training Manager, bringing with her to Merlin 20 years of customer-facing experience from the electricity supply hayndustry. Pam has been instrumental in promoting Merlin’s training services, working closely with the Executive Management Team to ensure Merlin consistently delivers quality courses worldwide.

Over the past decade, Pam has been a core part of Merlin’s Culture Committee, organising everything from team dinners and charity events, to Merlin’s much-anticipated Christmas parties. Her commitment goes beyond the office, Pam and her husband have played a key role in helping Merlin’s Spanish-speaking Drilling Engineers and their families settle into Perth, Scotland, offering invaluable support as they settled into their new homes.
